- Misuse/damages, any equipment damages from misuse during party/event will be compensated from the party organisers.
- Parking, the party organiser is responsible for an adequate space upon our arrival and no refund will be offered if failure to do so.
- Internet, we will seek where possible to directly connect to your internet, if this is not achievable we will endeavour to use our Wi-Fi, however cannot guarantee signals for internet gaming.
- We are not responsible for slow internet speed if we are using your internet.
- Upon booking a £50 deposit payment is taken this is not refundable unless we have to cancel your booking for unforeseen circumstances, booking is not completed until you have received confirmation from us.
- We hold no responsibility for updates, poor signal or server issues from game producers
